Welcome to Briarhill Cabana Club, your independent, member-supported

oasis on the west side of Dublin. We are a private, non-profit social club

governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Joining Briarhill is a choice for

community and leisure, and does not require membership in a Homeowners

Association (HOA).

 

Once you have registered online, you can collect your gate key during our opening

weekend.

 

2026 Key Pickup Schedule:

Sunday, May 24: 10am–12pm & 1pm–3pm

2026 Key Return Schedule:

Saturday , September 26: 5pm–7pm

Sunday September 27: 12pm–2pm

Key Drop Box Option:
If you would like to return your key early, you are welcome to use the drop box! at the Pool Office Door front. Please ensure your key is placed in an envelope clearly marked with your name and phone number so we can accurately track the membership.

Important Reminder:
ALL KEYS must be returned by Sunday, 9/27 at 2:00 PM. Please note that deposit checks will be forfeited if keys are not returned by this deadline.

 

Important Note: Please bring a $50 refundable deposit check per key. This check

is held securely and will only be deposited if the key is not returned at the end of

the season.

 

Swim Lessons (Private): We are excited to offer professional swim instruction again this year! Details, instructor bios, and schedules will be announced shortly.
